Renovation of a mixed-use development in Salem, Oregon. Completed plans call for the renovation of a playground / park / athletic field.

The work under this contract includes widening and restoration of existing sidewalks; installation of a new prefabricated picnic shelter, a concrete pad to locate a food truck, and two prefabricated restrooms with extension of utilities to these new connections; soil reconditioning and turf restoration of the two existing soccer fields associated with the adjacent McKay High School, including installation of new sub-surface drainage and irrigation system, then re-seeding of the field areas; in addition, varied landscape improvements and removal of existing hardscaped areas to complete a renovation of the McKay Park site. Bidders may obtain the bid documents by registering on the OregonBuys website and downloading them. Bidders shall consult the OregonBuys system regularly until closing date and time to avoid missing any notices. Bids must be submitted on the bid forms furnished to the bidders and must arrive electronically via Equity Hub's Bid Locker. No late bids will be accepted. Bid security in the amount of 10 percent of the bid must accompany each bid. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive informalities, and to postpone the award of the contract for thirty days. Bids exceeding $50,000 are subject to prevailing wage rates. In all solicitations for subcontracts, each potential subcontractor or supplier shall be notified by the Contractor of the Contractor's obligations under the contract and nondiscrimination laws.
