The City is seeking proposals from qualified proposers for providing professional engineering services on a continuing services basis. This will be accomplished by establishing a list of pre-qualified engineering firms that the City can select from at its discretion to provide general civil engineering services for typical public works infrastructure projects. Projects may range from very small utility projects to multi-million dollar utility and street projects. The City will consider proposals from both small and large firms. There may be numerous projects throughout the year, or no assignments at all. The City reserves the right to use other procurement methods at its discretion. Proposals must be submitted electronically through Equity Hub's Bid Locker. Proposals submitted in any other manner will not be accepted. Proposers must register with OregonBuys to access solicitation documents and are responsible for checking the OregonBuys system for addenda. Objections or comments to the specifications must be submitted in writing to the Contracts and Procurement Manager by the specified deadline. Proposers must comply with all applicable federal, state, and local non-discrimination and civil rights requirements. Errors and omissions liability insurance coverage will be required. The City is an Equal Employment Opportunity employer.
