Site work for an educational facility in Albany, Oregon. Completed plans call for site work for a educational facility.
Sealed bids are invited for the Linn-Benton Community College Meter Relocation Project, a Public Improvement Project. Bid Security, Performance/payment, and public works bonds are required. Bidders must submit a statement indicating whether they are resident or nonresident bidders as defined in ORS 279A.120. Only those registered with the Construction Contractors Board may bid; non-registered bidders will be rejected unless federal law states otherwise. Bidders must comply with the Prevailing Wage Rate Law (ORS 279C.800 to 279C.870), Equal Opportunity requirements, and provide Worker's Compensation Insurance per ORS 656.029. All employers under the contract must comply with ORS 656.017 or be exempt under ORS 656.126. No bids may be withdrawn after the bid opening time. The Board of Education reserves the right to waive informalities, reject bids not in compliance with procurement procedures, or reject any/all bids for good cause if deemed in the public interest.
