Demolition for a residential development in Elkins, West Virginia. Completed plans call for the demolition of a residential development.
Sealed bids are being accepted for demolition at three addresses: 12 Paul Street, 91 11th Street, and 94 Ward Avenue. Bids must be delivered to the Office of the City Clerk or mailed to the specified address. Envelopes need to be clearly marked “Sealed bid for Demolition.” Bids will be opened and read aloud at a specified time and location. No late bids will be accepted, and submitted bids cannot be withdrawn for 90 days without city consent. The city reserves the right to reject any or all bids or waive irregularities in the process. Bid packets are available in person at the Elkins Fire Department, online, or by email request.
