Contract 2026-01 includes the rehabilitation of taxiways, specifically crack sealing, sealcoating, and re-marking. Bids must be prepared and submitted on prescribed forms in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders and General Provisions. Each bidder must deposit a bid security in an amount equal to at least 10% of the Base Bid. Successful bidders must enter into the Agreement and furnish a Contract Bond and evidence of required insurance within fifteen days after notification of acceptance. Wages as predetermined by the US Secretary of Labor and Industry must be used when paying labor in connection with the work. All work is subject to the regulations contained in Division 8 of the Project Manual.
