Documents may be downloaded for $50.00. - Bids must be submitted online through QuestCDN by the prescribed date and time. The Owner will only accept online electronic bids submitted this way. - Prospective bidders must be listed on the plan holders list through QuestCDN for their bids to be accepted. - All prospective contractors must comply with the minimum criteria for a "responsible contractor" as defined in Minn. Stat. 16C.285, subd. 3. False statements regarding compliance can make a contractor ineligible and may result in contract termination. - A proposal bond of at least 5 percent of the total bid amount, drawn in favor of the City of Lindstrom, must accompany each bid. - The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive irregularities and informalities, and to award the contract to other than the lowest bidder at their discretion.
