The City of West Hollywood is inviting Qualifications from qualified individuals or firms interested in providing design, supply, installation, commissioning, and service of a fully automated vehicle storage and retrieval system (AVSRS) replacement for an initial term of ten years. The City of West Hollywood ("City") invites proposals from qualified firms ("Proposers") for the design, construction, installation, testing, commissioning, and transition to operations of a fully automated vehicle storage and retrieval system (AVSRS) to serve the public. The base project scope anticipates delivery of a minimum of approximately 200 fully automated parking spaces within the City's existing parking facility/area. The scope of this RFP includes all work necessary to deliver a complete, functional, and publicly operable system, including design services, equipment procurement, construction and installation activities, systems integration, testing and commissioning, documentation, training, and transition to ongoing operations and maintenance services The Proposer shall manage and resolve interfaces across, at minimum, the following categories: o Structural interfaces, including load paths, anchorage, foundations, seismic considerations, and integration with existing or new structural systems o Architectural interfaces, including spatial envelopes, access points, clearances, finishes, and public-facing elements o Electrical interfaces, including power demand validation, distribution, redundancy, grounding, emergency power, and system isolation o Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) interfaces, including ventilation, heat dissipation, environmental conditions, equipment service clearances, electrical, panels, loads, pipes, drainage o Fire and life safety interfaces, including detection, suppression, alarms, emergency access, firefighter operations, and coordination with applicable fire codes o Controls and automation interfaces, including PLCs, sensors, actuators, safety interlocks, and fail-safe logic o Software and cybersecurity interfaces, including system control software, data integrity, access controls, and protection against unauthorized access o IT and network interfaces, including connectivity, data transmission, remote monitoring, and integration with City or third-party systems o Operations and maintenance interfaces, including service access, component replacement paths, diagnostics, and long-term maintainability Type of Award Lump Sum Due to the amount and scope of questions received, answers to all questions will be posted by or before April 10, 2026 As per Adda 1.
