The Base Bid will include all labor, equipment, mobilization, installation, cleanup and miscellaneous costs, as indicated in these Specifications for trench excavation and backfill, installation of new watermains and service laterals, including tracer wire and test stations, fire hydrants, installation of new sanitary sewer main and manhole and associated sanitary sewer laterals including tracer wire and test stations all as shown on the contract drawings and described herein these specifications. Purchase of all water and sanitary main and lateral materials, fire hydrants, manholes, frames & covers, pipe bedding and backfill materials and restoration will be provided by the City of Oneonta.
