Contract No. 4 Electrical is part of a District Wide Capital Improvement Project, Project No. 2024-115. Bids may be withdrawn without prejudice prior to the official bid submission time or any publicized postponement. Bid documents and contract documents may be examined at the office of BCA Architects & Engineers. Both printed and digital copies of the bidding documents are available; printed documents require a $100.00 payment per set, and bidders wishing documents mailed must include a non-refundable check of $15.00 per set for handling and postage or a UPS/FedEx account number. Digital copies are available at no cost to bidders. Plans and specifications remain the property of BCA Architects & Engineers and must be returned in good condition within thirty business days after the award of contract or rejection of bids. The owner reserves the right to disqualify bidders for material failures to comply with bidding instructions, reject any or all bids, and waive informalities or defects in such bids either before or after opening.
