City of Lynn invites sealed bids from qualified pavement contractors for supply and installation of roadway material. The project consists of supplying and disposing of bituminous road material, cold planning, paving of roadways and sidewalks, and other related items at various locations within the City of Lynn. The contract is on an as-needed basis and not associated with a specific project. Contractors must be prequalified by MassDOT for Pavement Surfacing for a project with an estimated total value of $11,450,482.50. Bids are subject to M.G.L. c.30, 39M and to minimum wage rates as required by M.G.L.c.149 26 - 27H. Bids must be sealed, marked appropriately, and accompanied by a bid deposit of not less than five percent of the total bid price in the form of a certified check, cashier's check, or bid bond payable to the City of Lynn.
