This project is funded in whole or in part with federal disaster recovery funds and includes compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, including 2 C.F.R. Part 200 (Uniform Guidance) and FEMA procurement requirements. Contractors must not be debarred or suspended from federal contracting and must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM.gov) at the time of award.
