Site work and paving for a civil project in Apex, North Carolina. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; and road / highway.
Sealed bids are requested for the construction of the Town of Forest City Sewer Rehab and Resurfacing (Arlington & S Magnolia Streets). Bids must be submitted in accordance with detailed plans and must include a Bid Bond, performance and bid bonds, and be presented on the provided Bid Form. The bid will be a unit price bid. Offers must remain irrevocable for 60 days after submission. The owner reserves the right to accept or reject any or all offers, and may award jobs individually based on bids and available funds. Original Deadline: Thursday, April 9, 2026 at 5:00 PM Questions shall still be directed to: -scott@odomengineering.com - cedric@odomengineering.com The project involves replacing existing manholes and sewer mains along Arlington and South Magnolia Streets, while maintaining continuous sewer service. Work includes installing a new gravity sewer main on Main Street with traffic control, reconnecting service laterals with cleanouts, and completing associated trench asphalt repairs. Roadways will be milled and resurfaced, and any required sidewalk, curb, and gutter repairs will be performed in accordance with the construction drawings.
