Site work and new construction of a water / sewer project in Apex, North Carolina. Completed plans call civil work for a water / sewer project.
This project is the installation of approximately 1,500 LF of 20" Water Main and appurtenances. The project corridor will be along Old US 1 just West of the NC 540 interchange as well as the intersection of Apex Barbecue Road and South Salem Street. Question Deadline 06/02/2026 All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Engineer in writing (stoutp@bv.com). Questions received less than seven days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered. Award is subject to final approval.
