No definite date for the rebid.** Reference Number 0000416021 The City of Kentwood is requesting Bids for the construction of 56th Street Improvements & Coral Valley Cul-de-sac. The base bid includes road improvements for 56th Street between Mick Ave and Madison Ave. Work includes but is not limited to 200 feet of storm sewer, 400 feet of roadway reconstruction, and tree removal. Additionally, work will include the reconstruction of the cul-de-sac at Coral Valley. ALTERNATE: This alternate involves the construction of the 56th Street extension, 800 feet of 8" D.I. water main, 950 feet of 8" sanitary sewer, 1,400 feet of storm sewer, detention basin grading, and 1,000 feet of roadway construction. Work also includes a significant amount of tree removal. Bonding Requirements - Bid Bond 5 % - Performance Bond 100 % - Payment Bond 100 % A pre-bid conference will not be held. *The City of Kentwood reserves the right to accept any bid, reject any or all bids, to waive informalities and make the award in any manner deemed in the best interest of the City of Kentwood.
