Anybody who wishes to submit a bid MUST obtain the documents from Gianforcaro Architects, Engineers & Planners Sealed bids are requested for gymnasium renovations at Madison High School, 170 Ridgedale Avenue, Madison, New Jersey, together with all work incidental thereto, in accordance with the requirements of the drawings and specifications prepared by Gianforcaro Architects & Engineers. Bids are to be received for a single overall contract and all incidental work. Bidders must submit their bids in a sealed envelope bearing the bidder's name and address and the proposal identification number, accompanied by a Certified Check, Cashier's Check, or Bid Bond for not less than ten percent (10%) of the bid amount, up to a maximum of twenty thousand dollars ($20,000.00). Each bid must include a Certificate of Consent of Surety from a Surety Company indicating that it will provide Performance/Payment Bond in the full contract amount for the bidder and all subcontractors, if successful. All bids must conform to Public School Contract Laws and Educational Facilities Construction and Financing Law. Bidders and subcontractors must be registered with the New Jersey Department of Labor and the Department of Treasury, Division of Revenue, and submit proof of such registration. The board reserves the right to reject any or all bids, or waive informality in bidding if it is in the interest of the Board of Education. All applicable Federal, State, and Municipal Laws, rules, and regulations apply throughout the contract, and the contract is awarded to the lowest responsible bidder.
