The Town of Watertown will be accepting statements of qualifications for Engineering Consulting Services on the Town’s Sewer Districts #4, 5, and 6 Improvements project. The selected engineering firm will be responsible for designing, bidding, administering, and closing out the project in accordance with various funding agency requirements. The selected firm must be licensed in the State of New York and will be selected using a qualifications-based process. The selection will be valid for three years, with a possible renewal for an additional three years. Proposals should include the availability of qualified personnel, the capacity of the firm, experience and technical expertise, information regarding previously undertaken projects, and a summary of the scope and type of services and understanding of program and tasks. All proposals must be marked with the specified language and submitted according to the instructions provided. The Town of Watertown encourages Minority-owned Business Enterprises (MBEs) and Woman-owned Business Enterprises (WBEs) to submit qualifications. The Town reserves the right to reject any and all proposals.
