Longmont Housing Authority is requesting bid proposals for 2026-2027 Landscaping Services for their entire portfolio of 10 affordable housing projects (585 residential units). General requirements include insurance. Proposing contractors can visit the property and review the site from public roads and walkways. There will be a non-mandatory RFP site visit at Ascent at Hover Crossing at 2225 18th Ave. All interested and qualified parties should submit their proposals to Longmont Housing Authority. Proposals are due by March 27th, 2026, and should be dropped off in person, emailed, or mailed to the specified address. Proposals should include the following: - Cover letter with owner’s name, company name, address, phone, fax, website, email - Description of company size, number of employees, company history, areas of expertise - Description of how the company will contribute to a high standard of service - Proof of General Liability, Workers Compensation, and Automobile Insurance - List of past clients in 2024-2025 and three (3) contacts for references - Applicable licenses for proposed categories - Statement on compliance with The Air Quality Control Commission adopted Regulation 29 - Itemized bid per location/per category as listed - A sample contract - Disclosure if anyone working for the contractor is related to an employee of Longmont Housing Authority.
