Site work and new construction of a fire / police facility in Longmont, Colorado. Completed plans call for the construction of a 13,535-square-foot, one-story above grade, one-acre fire / police facility; and for site work for a fire / police facility.

A detailed scope of work has not been determined. This project will consist of a one story fire station with a mezzanine. associated work will include a concrete drive and parking lot. site utilities consist of water, sanitary, electric, gas services, emergency generator. landscaping is part of this project. As of March 31, 2026, an architect is on board, and the City site plan review is nearly complete. An RFQ and RFP for the general contractor are planned for issuance between mid-June and July 2026. Construction is expected to commence in September/October and continue for approximately 12-14 months.
