The work includes providing all labor, materials, machinery, tools, equipment and other means of construction necessary and incidental to the completion of the work shown on the plans and described in these specifications including, but not necessarily limited to the following: culvert replacement with a bridge-sized structure carrying the Sparkill Creek under Mountainview Avenue, guiderail installation and a camera video detection system for traffic signal at the intersection of NYS Route 303 and Mountainview Avenue. The Owner is the Town of Orangetown and the work site is/are located in the Town of Orangetown in Rockland County. The projects limits extend from approximately 100 west of the intersection of Mountainview Avenue and NYS Route 303 along Mountainview Avenue to NYS Route 303. The MBE goal for this project is 8%. The WBE goal for this project is 7%. The SDVOB goal for this project is 6%. There are no DBE goals for this project. The EEO Employment goals for this project are: 22.6% Minority Employment Goal and 6.9% Women Employment Goal.
