Site work for a development in Georgetown, Idaho. Completed plans call for site work for a 345,000-square-foot development.
The project consists of construction of lining systems and associated earthwork at the IDAWY Regional Landfill for Disposal Cell A1, including installation of a leachate containment pond with a leak detection system. The project also includes lining a stormwater pond at the IDAWY Caribou Landfill Facility. The total liner installation area is approximately 345,000 square feet. Two Bid Schedules are included: one for work at the IDAWY Regional Landfill and one for work at the IDAWY Caribou Landfill. Bidders must complete and submit both Bid Schedules. Each bid must be accompanied by a Bid Bond in the amount of five percent of the total bid. Only bids providing firm pricing and bearing proper signatures will be accepted, and all bids are subject to applicable Idaho laws and regulations. Interpretations or clarifications considered necessary by Engineer in response to such questions will be issued by Addenda delivered to all parties recorded as having received the Bidding Documents. Questions received less than seven days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered.
