The project consists of plant mix paving work at various locations, including: Schedule A: Purple Sage Road - Willow Creek Bridge (4" thick, 2-lifts, 0.2 miles at 30' width); Schedule B: Galloway Road (Cemetery Rd to Middleton Rd, 3" thick, 1-lift, 1.0 miles at 26' width); Schedule C: Old Hwy 30 (Conway Gulch to Hollow Rd, 3.5" thick, 1-lift, 0.95 miles at 30' width); Schedule D: Roosevelt Avenue (Midway Rd to Indiana Ave, 3.5" thick, 1-lift, 2.0 miles at 30' width); Schedule E: Marsing Road Overlay (SH 55 to Maintenance Boundary, 3.0" thick, 1-lift, 2.2 miles at 26' width); Schedule F: Riverside Road SALSA & Overlay (Orchard Ave to SH 55, 3.0" thick, 1-lift, 0.52 miles at 26' width); Schedule G: Pinto Road Overlay (Lower Pleasant Rd to Dixie River Rd, 3.0" thick, 1-lift, 2.0 miles at 26' width); Schedule H: Farmway Road SALSA & Overlay (SH 55 to Orchard Ave, 3.0" thick, 1-lift, 0.63 miles at 26' width); Schedule I: El Paso Road SALSA & Overlay (Purple Sage Rd to Galloway Rd, 3.0" thick, 1-lift, 1.0 miles at 26' width). It is required to provide a complete installation according to all Local, State, and Federal requirements. All bids must include all necessary work, even if not specifically mentioned, to ensure a complete installation. Bidders must refer to the Instructions to Bidders included in the bidding documents for all requirements regarding bid submittal, qualifications, procedures, and contract award. Bids must be accompanied by bid security in the form of a bid bond, certified check, cashier's check or cash equal to 5% of the bid amount. The bid security will be forfeited as liquidated damages if the successful bidder fails to enter into a contract in accordance with their proposal. The owner reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, waive nonmaterial irregularities, and accept the proposal deemed most advantageous.
