Winston-Salem/Forsyth County Utilities is seeking quotes to purchase two open hopper pump assemblies for the cake feed at their dryer facility. The current pump is Seepex brand. Alternate brands must use the original manufacturer’s drawings and specifications to provide a replacement meeting city specifications, including base mounting dimensions and layout. The pump must handle dewatering cake 19-28%, with a hopper size of 1000mm x 400mm. A minimum 12-month material/workmanship warranty must be supplied. Price quotes must include delivery lead-time and shipping cost to the Elledge Wastewater Treatment Plant. City staff will install the pump. The original Seepex pump’s spec sheet is attached. Vendors must RSVP and make a site visit in order to quote this purchase. Formal quotes should be submitted to the specified email address.
