Site work for a sidewalk / parking lot in Smethport, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot.
The Scope of Work includes, but is not necessarily limited to, full-depth asphalt replacement, milling and wearing course overlay, new concrete curb, vegetative stabilization, seal-coating, paint line markings, handicap parking signage, and erosion control measures. The work is located at six parking lot areas in Lewis Run, Eldred, and Port Allegany. All bids must conform to the Contract Documents prepared by The EADS Group, Inc. Contractors may obtain the contract documents in electronic format from the MCHA Monday through Friday between 9:00 AM and 4:00 PM. Bidders must obtain these documents from MCHA to be registered to receive addenda and notices. Each bid must be accompanied by a bid bond, cashier's check, or certified check made payable to McKean County Housing Authority in an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the base bid. The Housing Authority reserves the right to reject any and all bids and/or portions thereof, or to waive any informalities in the bidding. Question Deadline 03/24/2026 Project is located at six ( 6) parking lots located inLewis Run , Eldred and Port Allegany Questions are to be submitted in writing to procurement@mcrha.org . , any prospective bidder desiring an explanation or interpretation of the solicitation , specifications , drawings , etc. , must request it at least 7 days before the scheduled time for bid opening . In accordance with the Bid Advertisement, all Contractors submitting a bid for this project must obtain the documents from MCHA in order to be registered to receive addenda and notices. A non-mandatory pre-bid conference was held on Monday, March 16, at 11:00 a.m. A copy of the meeting notes and attendance/sign-in sheet is attached herein. Questions are to be submitted in writing/email to Anita Holman at procurement@mcrha.org with a copy to aholman@mcrha.org by 3:00 p.m. on Tuesday, March 24, 2026, to be considered
