Project No: 23000473.00, 250247, 23-80002-00, 394.038, 23000474.00 The work consists of a Kitchen Remodel Contract at Jackson Elementary School, Roosevelt Elementary School, and Wilson Elementary School for the Selma Unified School District. Bidders must attend a mandatory pre-submittal conference and site visits at all three locations to be eligible. The project is subject to prequalification requirements. Contractors and subcontractors must be registered and qualified to perform public work under California law. Payment (Labor and Material) and Faithful Performance Bonds, each at 100% of the Total Sublease Amount, are required from the successful proposer. Substitution of securities or establishment of escrow in lieu of retainage is permitted as described. Bidders must hold a valid Class "B" contractor's license at the time of award and maintain it through contract completion and all applicable warranty periods. Contractors are required to pay prevailing wages and comply with skilled and trained workforce requirements. Proposals must be accompanied by a bond or check for at least 10% of the base proposal amount. Last day to submit bid questions Friday, March 20, 2026, by 5:00 PM
