New construction of a mixed-use development in Delta, British Columbia. Completed plans call for the construction of a 91,450-square-foot fitness / recreation center.
The Winskill Aquatic Centre is a multi-phase tendered project providing the public with a 10 lane 25-meter lap pool, teaching pool, hot and cold plunge pool and leisure pool c/with water toys and water slide, sauna, steam room, exercise area, gymnasium, washroom areas, lobby reception area and multi-purpose rooms and Boys and Girls Club. The City of Delta, will be accepting Trade Pre-Qualifications regarding the Winskill Aquatic & Fitness Centre Replacement, Winskill Park, 5575 9th Ave, Delta, BC. C-021 Ceramic and Porcelain Tile All documents regarding this Request for Pre-qualifications are available to download from the Construction Manager.
