Project: Construction of New Dan C Trigg Hospital Facility Location: 2424 S. Adams Tucumcari, New Mexico 88401, Blocks Three (3) and Block (4) of the Bunker Heights Addition to the City of Tucumcari. Quay County is requesting proposals from licensed, qualified offerors to provide construction services for hospital construction. All proposals must meet the requirements outlined, be submitted in a sealed container clearly marked with the proposal title, number, and offeror's name and address. Proposals are valid for ninety days and may be rejected in whole or in part by the County. A mandatory pre-proposal conference is required for all offerors before submitting a proposal.
