The project is for Tornado Recovery, Facility Restoration, and Infrastructure Repair to be delivered using a Build-Operate-Transfer (BOT) structure. The work includes, but is not limited to, repair, rehabilitation, replacement-in-kind, and reconstruction of Town-owned facilities, utilities, and infrastructure, including the replacement of a pre-engineered metal building (PEMB), along with related site and civil work. The selected respondent will first enter a Scoping Period Agreement with the Town, with a potential to proceed to a BOT Agreement upon approval. Qualified, developer-led teams are invited to submit Statements of Qualifications (SOQs). SOQs must be submitted electronically. The Town reserves the right to reject any or all submittals, waive irregularities, and take any action permitted under applicable law.
