The Town of Spencer is requesting interested parties to submit a statement of qualifications for the provision of engineering, design and technical assistance services for the construction of a sewer extension to serve a county business/industrial park, connecting to and becoming a part of the Town of Spencer Wastewater Treatment System. The scope of work includes, but is not limited to: preparation of site evaluation guidelines, preparation of the preliminary engineering report (PER), the environmental narrative, technical assistance services, final design and bidding specifications for the construction, mapping, and overall general administration and inspection representation of the project. Statements of Qualifications should include the firm's name, address, a brief description, resumes of key personnel, description of expertise and experience relevant to the project, list of similar projects completed, references, a description of the proposed approach, and contact details for individuals with authority. Evaluation criteria include specialized experience and technical expertise, past record of performance, familiarity with the project and its challenges, and organizational capacity to perform the work within time limitations. Submissions must include one original, three copies, and one electronic PDF version, to be submitted in a sealed envelope marked for the Town of Spencer Wastewater Project.
