The City of Roseville is soliciting proposals from qualified individuals, firms, consultants, contractors, or entities to provide hazardous and non-hazardous waste identification, labeling, collection, transportation, and disposal services in accordance with applicable state and federal laws for the Roseville Electric Utility Resource Planning and Generation Division. The City owns and operates two power plant sites: Roseville Energy Park (gas-fired 170 MW combined-cycle zero liquid discharge facility) and Roseville Power Plant #2 (gas-fired 50 MW Simple Cycle Peaking plant). The services requested cover both hazardous and non-hazardous waste from these facilities, including handling of emergent hazardous waste. Contractors capable of meeting these requirements are encouraged to participate in the competitive negotiation process. NTE $3,500,000 over 5 years.
