The Victorville Water District is requesting bids for the annual maintenance of Percolation Pond 14. The scope of work includes removing accumulated sediment, vegetation, and compacted material from the pond basin to restore and maximize percolation rates. The contractor is expected to remove 1-2 feet of dirt from the bottom of the pond and place the spoils on the side of the pond for future removal. Following this, the contractor must rip the entire pond basin surface from bank to bank at a depth of 6–8 inches to further enhance percolation rates. This maintenance is part of the District's annual pond rotation program. Question Submission Deadline March 19, 2026, 2:00pm
