The work involves providing all labor, tools, finishing, clean up, and incidentals necessary for proper completion of the project. Instructions to bidders: - Bids must be received via the Citys e-Procurement Portal by the specified deadline. Late responses will not be considered. - Contract Documents are available at the Citys eProcurement Portal. Only those downloading documents from this portal will be included in the planholders/followers list and may receive notifications or addenda. - Each bid must be accompanied by a certified cashiers check or bid bond equal to 10% of the total bid price. A scanned copy must be uploaded with the submission, and the original must be mailed and postmarked within 48 hours after the submission deadline, addressed to the specified City of Victorville address, with the Bidder Name, Project Number, and Title on the envelope. - Bidders are strongly encouraged to attend a non-mandatory pre-bid meeting/jobwalk. Prospective bidders are encouraged to ask questions and visit the project site independently.
