Pleasant New Bedford, MA 02746, New Bedford, MA 02740. The work of this contract will require a DCAMM Prime General Contractor certified in General Building Construction. This work will also require DCAMM filed Sub-Bidders certified in Electrical, HVAC, Masonry, and Plumbing. The bid process and award of this Contract will be under the provisions of M.G.L. Chapter 149. The estimated budget for this project is $350,000 with alternate #1 & alternate #2 included, and the estimated substantial completion date is 6 months from construction start. This solicitation is specifically for sub bidders. General contractors, please see 26192099-GC to submit a bid. Each bid shall be accompanied by a bid deposit that is five percent (5%) of the bid amount. The Awarded Bidder must furnish a 100 percent (100%) Payment Bond and a 100 percent (100%) Performance Bond with a surety company acceptable to the City.
