Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Kenmore, Washington. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
The City of Kenmore seeks a contractor to furnish all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to complete the 2026 ADA Upgrades project. The work includes, but is not limited to, furnishing all labor, equipment, and materials necessary to construct ADA compliant curb ramps and sidewalks where previously deficient. All bidding shall be based on compliance with the Contract Plans and Contract Provisions. The estimated construction cost is $408,114, with 30 contract working days. Bid proposals will be received by the Kenmore City Clerk. The City affirms that disadvantaged business enterprises as defined at 49 CFR Part 26 will be afforded full opportunity to submit bids and will not be discriminated against on the grounds of race, color, national origin, or sex in consideration for an award. Requests for an interpretation of the bid or Contract Documents and any other questions must be directed via email to Lucas Fowler at lfowler@kenmorewa.gov by close of business (5:00pm) 3 business days prior to the bid closing date. Questions via phone or in person will not be accepted or a response given. See WSDOT Standard Specification 1-02.4(1) for more details.
