The Northshore School District will be accepting statements of qualifications from capable General Contractor / Construction Manager (" GC / CM " ) firms or teams for the development and construction of the Northshore School District's Inglemoor High School Replacement Phase 2 project located in Kenmore , Washington . The School District intends to award this Contract utilizing a competitive negotiation process authorized by RCW 39.10 . Registration must include the company name , address , email , phone , and fax numbers . Question Deadline 06/22/2026 at 3:00 PM PT All questions regarding this Request for Qualifications shall be submitted via Bonfire, NSD will respond via addendum. If there are issues with Bonfire, email Erin Person at eperson@nsd.org. PROJECT DESCRIPTION The project is to construct the second phase of a phased replacement for Ingelmoor High School. Hutteball+Oremus Architecture is the architect for the project. The second phase will potentially include the following scope: • Complete the construction of the second of the three-phase replacement of Inglemoor High School, to include staggered phasing within the second phase • Improve functional performance throughout the school • Increase athletics support space • Possible replacement of the surface and infrastructure for the existing athletic fields and facilities • Increase quality and quantity of restrooms • Improve learning spaces • Geothermal heating/cooling systems • Possible removal of existing portables • Placement of additional temporary portables • Demolition of existing 800 and 900 classroom buildings – Phase 2A • New gymnasium, auxiliary gym, locker rooms and health spaces – Phase 2A • New theater and associated spaces – Phase 2A • Demolition of 500 (existing gymnasium building) – Phase 2B • New 3-story classroom wing – Phase 2B • Right of Way improvements as dictated by the jurisdiction NSD is using the GC/CM delivery method to maximize the value of available funding, carefully plan, and execute work on this project. NSD desires to retain the GC/CM as a project partner in the design development stage to define the most efficient and effective method and approach to phasing and staging, integrated safety practices, high performance building goals, and the overall delivery schedule. Collaborative GC/CM procurement will optimize the combined work of the OwnerArchitect-Contractor team to promote innovative design and the best construction value to NSD.
