Site work for a civil project in Kenmore, Washington. Completed plans call for site work for a 122,557-square-foot road / highway.
The City of Kenmore intends to develop a new Public Works Operations Center in two Phases. The work in this bid is for an Initial Site Work Contract. The work shall include, but is not limited to clearing the site, rough grading and earthwork to bring the site to near final grades, installation of crushed rock and asphalt treated paving areas, and installation of underground utilities. The work will include cast in place retaining walls, installation of new geo-thermal wells to support future geo-thermal heat pumps, and decommissioning of two existing residential potable water wells. The work in this contract will develop approximately 3 acres. The project is located at 6450 NE 202nd Street, Kenmore, Washington 98028.
