The City of Kenmore seeks a contractor to furnish all labor, materials and equipment necessary to complete the project referenced above. This project includes the installation of sidewalk and bike lanes along 61st Avenue NE between NE 190th Street and north city limits. The work shall include, but is not limited to, furnishing all labor, equipment, and materials necessary to complete new curb & gutter, sidewalks, bike lanes, illuminated rectangular rapid flashing beacon crosswalks, speed feedback signs, ADA curb ramp retrofits, sidewalk panel repair, curb extensions, HMA planning and overlay, utility coordination, storm drainage, water main, water services, tree preservation and planting, permanent signing, and channelization.
