Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Kenmore, Washington. Conceptual plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
This project builds approximately 742 LF of new sidewalks on west side of 84th Ave NE and 715 LF of new sidewalk on the east side of 84th Ave NE from NE 150th St - NE 155th St. Project will also include buffered bike lanes on both sides of the street, curb bulbs to reduce the crossing distances on side streets, and a new rectangular rapid flashing beacon (RRFB) at NE 151st Place. As of March 7, 2025, this project is included in the city's 2025-2030 Capital Improvement Program (CIP). A design firm has not yet been selected. Construction should begin in mid 2028. *Project information has been obtained through a public capital improvement plan (CIP). A CIP is a financial schedule for short- and long-range projects which is updated regularly. Information listed in the CIP often evolves based on funding availability and the project details, including timeline and value, are subject to change.
