Site work for a sidewalk / parking lot in Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot.
Furnishing all material and completing all the work necessary and required for the Village of Menomonee Falls 2026 Curb & Gutter and Sidewalk Program, Project No. 41261 & 41263. The approximate base bid quantities include: 550 L.F. remove and replace concrete curb & gutter in road, 300 L.F. saw cutting (asphalt & concrete), 10 EA. repair & adjust catch basins, 1100 S.F. remove & replace - 4-inch asphalt, 300 S.F. remove & replace - 5-inch asphalt, 165 S.F. remove & replace concrete sidewalk, 24 S.F. cast iron detectable warning plate with natural patina, 100 S.F. remove & replace concrete driveway approach, 100 L.F. remove & replace reinforced concrete curb & gutter, and 1900 S.F. remove & replace 4-inch concrete sidewalk. All work must be performed in accordance with the contract documents, location map, and specifications. Bidders must file proof of responsibility for 2026 with the Director of Engineering and Development by the 20th day of March, 2026. Proposals must be accompanied by a certified or cashier's check or bid bond in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the maximum bid price. No bid shall be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days after the scheduled time of bid closing. Proposals must be sealed and addressed properly, and must be submitted using the regular forms furnished. The Village reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, waive defects or informalities, and accept the proposal most advantageous to the Village.
