Remodeling of a clubhouse / community center in Bonney Lake, Washington. Completed plans call for the remodel of a clubhouse / community center.
Work to be performed includes tenant improvements of the Bonney Lake Senior Center, including a power service upgrade from the existing single phase to three phase, heating and ventilation improvements to the kitchen and offices, replacement of exterior windows, remodeling of existing bathrooms, and deck replacement. The project also involves relocating an onsite generator. If funding allows, the project will include interior and exterior painting and replacement of exterior trim boards. Proposals must be clearly identified with the project name. Proposals received after the deadline will not be considered. Each bid proposal must be accompanied by a bid proposal deposit in cash, certified check, cashier's check, postal money order, or surety bond equal to at least 5 percent of the bid amount. The City of Bonney Lake reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any irregularities in the bid or bidding process. No bidder may withdraw their proposal after the opening, or before the award of contract, unless the award is delayed for more than sixty calendar days. The contractor will be required to comply with all local, state, and federal laws and regulations regarding equal employment opportunities.
