The work includes furnishing all materials, labor, equipment, and skill required for the completion of the Hibbing Public Library Tech Center and Toilet Rooms Renovations. The project is a renovation of the public library to create a tech center area/room and toilet room renovations, with associated mechanical and electrical work. Contractors are required to review and comply with the single prime general contractor scope of work provided in Section 01 11 00 - Summary of Work. All bids must be contained in a sealed envelope plainly marked to show it contains a Bid for the Project and must be prepared in accordance with Section 00 21 13 - Instructions to Bidders. The successful bidder must execute a contract with the City of Hibbing within ten days after the Notice of Award, in accordance with the terms of their bid and the bidding documents.
