This project is for the provision of one (1) Registered Pharmacist to deliver full-time, on-site pharmaceutical services at the Lower Brule Service Unit, Indian Health Service in Lower Brule, South Dakota. The contractor must provide a qualified Pharmacist capable of interacting with patients of all ages and clinical staff in a culturally sensitive manner, and who has experience with Electronic Health Records. The contractor is responsible for ensuring that all employees referred for this position are able to successfully complete and obtain security pre-clearance, including fingerprinted FBI background checks, and are not listed on the Office of Inspector General List of Excluded Individuals/Entities. All pricing must be all inclusive, covering travel, lodging, per diem, fringe benefits, taxes, and other related costs. Offers are to be submitted on company letterhead and must address all solicitation requirements, including technical qualifications, past performance, pricing, and acceptance of all terms and conditions. The contract will be awarded on a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable basis. The contractor must adhere to all hospital bylaws, regulations, and applicable law, and must participate in quality improvement programs as required.
