Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Mount Calvary, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; water / sewer project; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
**As of April 20, 2026, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for the award has not yet been established.** The work consists of the following approximate quantities: 2,020 CY Excavation Common 3,390 TON Base Aggregate Dense 685 TON HMA Pavement 1,660 LF Concrete Curb and Gutter 750 SY Lawn Restoration 1,080 LF Storm Sewer 4 EA Sanitary Sewer Manhole Adjustment 6 EA Water Main Valve Adjustment Question Deadline 03/19/2026 All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to ENGINEER in writing. Bids will be received on a unit price basis. Each bid must be accompanied by a bid bond as bid security, in the sum of five percent (5%) of the bid, payable to the Village of Mt. Calvary as a guarantee that if the bid is accepted, a Contract will be entered into and its performance properly secured within fifteen (15) days of the award of Contract. Should any bid be rejected, such bid security will be forthwith returned to the bidder, and should any bid be accepted, such bid bond will be returned upon the timely and proper execution and securing of the Contract. In case the successful bidder shall fail to execute the Contract and Performance Bond, the amount of the bid bond shall be forfeited to the Village of Mt. Calvary as liquidated damages. Est. Completion Date: Oct. 9, 2026 The Village of Mt. Calvary reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive any informality in bidding, or accept the bid(s) which serves the best interest of the Village.
