Addition to an educational facility in Elizabethtown, Kentucky. Completed plans call for the addition of a educational facility.
Proposals are requested to furnish all labor and materials for the EC3 Addition at 520 University Drive, Elizabethtown, KY 42701, following the plans, specifications, and any addenda provided by the design team. Bid packages include: General Trades, Masonry, Structural Steel/PEMB, Roofing, Aluminum Storefronts & Glazing, Gypsum & Ceilings, Ceramic Tile, Resilient Tile & Base, Painting, Resinous Flooring, Fire Suppression, Electrical, Plumbing & HVAC, and Asphalt Paving. Bids must be submitted using provided forms in duplicate with a 5% Bid Bond in a manila envelope labeled with the project and bid package number. No electronic bids are accepted. Bidders must provide a 100% Performance and Labor and Material Payment Bond if successful. The owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive informalities or technicalities. Drawings, specifications, and the project manual are available electronically at no cost, with hard copies available at bidder's expense. Liquidated damages of $1,000 per day will be enforced if the completion date is not met. The deadline for questions is the close of business April 6, 2026 @ 2:00 PM.
