Question Deadline 03/30/2026 Sealed bids are invited for the West Monroe High School - Riggs Street Parking Addition in West Monroe, Louisiana. Bids will be received at the Ouachita Parish School Board Central Office. Bidders may submit bids in person or electronically via Central Bidding. Bid security in the form of a cashier's check, certified check, or Bid Bond of no less than 5% of the bid total is required. The successful bidder must furnish a performance and payment bond in an amount equal to 100% of the contract amount, as well as a Labor and Material Payment Bond in accordance with Article 5 of the General Conditions. Contractors must hold an active license with the State of Louisiana Licensing Board for Contractors in the classification of Highway, Street, and Bridge Construction and must include their license number on bid documents. If the bidder is a corporation, a corporate resolution authorizing the representative to sign the bid must be included. No bid may be withdrawn for thirty days after receipt of bids. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids. Interpretations or clarifications considered necessary by ENGINEER in response to such questions will be issued by Addenda mailed or delivered to all parties recorded by ENGINEER as having received the Bidding Documents. Questions received less than ten days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered.
