Description

Site work and renovation of a water / sewer project in Burns Lake, British Columbia. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.

To prepare DAR for Water Treatment Plants in two communities for Lake Babine Nation Building Envelope. Building envelope improvements, including but not limited to replacement of the roof systems for the Main Water Treatment Plant Building, Building Canopy, Filter Chamber Roof, and Filter Canopy. TIMELINE: The consultant shall complete detailed design, drawings, and specifications The scope shall also include additional assessment of the foundation walls to confirm condition, identify deficiencies, and determine any required repairs or design considerations.
