**As of June 02, 2026, project has no proposals received. The RFP will not readvertise since they have already selected a construction team.** The project involves the design and construction of a new entryway for the Donnelly Public Library. The work includes site evaluation, conceptual design, material specifications, cost estimating, compliance with codes and regulations, and completing the design review and permitting process. Construction tasks include possible demolition of the existing entry, building new structural elements, installing doors, windows, lighting, electrical components, finishing work, weatherproofing, insulation, cleanup, and a final inspection. Project management requirements involve providing a detailed timeline, coordinating with library operations to minimize disruption, weekly updates, and proof of compliance with local standards. Proposals should include company information, qualifications, project approach, design concept, detailed cost estimate, timeline, proof of required certifications, and references from similar projects. Contractors are required to verify all measurements and site conditions and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations. The submission must follow specific instructions with required documentation. The library reserves the right to accept or reject proposals, and the lowest bid may not be selected.
