The Town of Colchester, located in Delaware County, NY, is requesting statements of qualifications to provide professional engineering services for the upgrades and improvements to the public water system. The engineering services contract will encompass all water system components and appurtenances as needed. Engineering services required include, but are not limited to, planning, design, bid assistance, construction administration, onsite-construction observation, engineering during construction, record drawing preparation, and project closeout. Qualification statements will be reviewed and selected according to a competitive review process based on technical skills, relevant project experience, and knowledge of grant/loan funded projects. Interested parties should contact the Town Clerk for a complete copy of the RFQ. Statements will be accepted until 11:00AM on April 1, 2026.
