Specifications, plans, contract proposals, and forms are available at the Palatine Township Road District garage at 530 North Smith Street, Palatine, Illinois 60067, between 7:00 am and 3:00 pm Monday through Friday, or by writing or emailing the Palatine Township Highway Commissioner. Bids must be submitted by 9:45 am on the specified date at the same address. Bids will be opened shortly after. The Highway Commissioner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive technicalities.
