As of May 20, 2026 project was awarded to Burschville Construction Inc., awarded amount is $6,206,687.80. Online Bids will be received for the furnishing of all labor and material for the construction of the 2026 Street Reconstruction Project, 2026 Street Overlay Project, and Tanners Park South Parking Lot Repaving. Major quantities for the Work include: common excavation, organic topsoil borrow, aggregate base placed, mill bituminous surface, full depth bituminous pavement reclamation, bituminous mixture, concrete curb and gutter, concrete driveway pavement, DIP water main, RCP storm sewer, drain tile, reconstruct catch basin, seeding, mineral sod, and installation of lighting unit/plumb. Bids shall be completed according to the Bidding Documents. For this project, bids will ONLY be received electronically. Contractors must be on the plan holders list through the specified service for bids to be accepted. Bid security in the amount of 5 percent of the Bid must accompany each Bid. A Contractor must submit a signed statement under oath verifying compliance with the minimum criteria in Minnesota Statutes, section 16C.285, subdivision 3. This Work is subject to minimum wages and labor standards in accordance with the State of Minnesota. The City reserves the right to reject any and all Bids, to waive irregularities and informalities therein, and to award the Contract in the best interests of the City. S.A.P.
