Description

Site work and new construction of a water / sewer project in El Prado, New Mexico. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; and for the construction of a water / sewer project.

Submission of qualified-based competitive sealed proposals are invited for the construction of a meter station and vault near the Taos Regional Airport. Proposals must be received by the specified deadline and will not be accepted via fax or email. The opening of proposals will be held privately to maintain confidentiality during the negotiation process. Not less than the minimum salaries and wages as detailed in the proposal documents must be paid if the proposal exceeds $60,000.00, and there must be no discrimination against employees or applicants based on race, color, religion, sex, or national origin. Contractors and subcontractors must submit certified weekly payroll records to the Owner and comply with the New Mexico Public Works Minimum Wage Act. All contractors and their subcontractors, if meeting a specified cost threshold, must be registered under the Labor Enforcement Fund with the New Mexico Department of Workforce Solutions. The owner reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive informalities or irregularities in the proposals.
